Packaging Associate - Manchester 2026
General Summary:
Temescal Wellness operates state of the art medical cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in New Hampshire. We are seeking a Packaging Associate to join our packaging team in producing high quality cannabis. The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals, and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities
Package products accurately and efficiently according to the daily production schedule
Deliver products to retail locations using a company-owned vehicle in a safe and timely manner
Ensure strict compliance with all packaging standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Accurately count, track, and log all products and production batches handled
Complete final packaging verification to ensure accuracy and quality standards
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with company guidelines
Assist with tracking and maintaining non-cannabis inventory
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor
Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive up to 100 miles per delivery route
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (no felony convictions)
Ability to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong follow-through
