Packaging Associate - Manchester 2026

Production - Manchester, NH - Full Time

General Summary:

Temescal Wellness operates state of the art medical cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in New Hampshire. We are seeking a Packaging Associate to join our packaging team in producing high quality cannabis. The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals, and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

  • Package products accurately and efficiently according to the daily production schedule

  • Deliver products to retail locations using a company-owned vehicle in a safe and timely manner

  • Ensure strict compliance with all packaging standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Accurately count, track, and log all products and production batches handled

  • Complete final packaging verification to ensure accuracy and quality standards

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with company guidelines

  • Assist with tracking and maintaining non-cannabis inventory

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive up to 100 miles per delivery route

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under deadlines

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus

  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (no felony convictions)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong follow-through
